Shipping, Refund and Warranties

Shipping and Fulfillment policy


We ship all products using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout according to the rates provided by the shipping provider (USPS). Shipping rates may be subject to changes made by the shipping provider. Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days under ideal business conditions. We reserve the right to delay order fulfillment in response to unusual conditions such as excess demand or problems arising from production/business complications. Shipping may be restricted to countries/regions not supported by the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the delivery of their order with the provided tracking number for each order. Missing or lost packages are eligible for replacement/refund. Contact us using the contact information on the website to facilitate resolution for missing shipments. For International orders, the customer is responsible for any customs/duty fees associated with receiving packages sent from the United States.


Refund, return and cancelation policy


For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) We reserve the right to deduct shipping and restocking fees for returns of undamaged products. Products that are deemed defective/damaged upon arrival are eligible for refunds under the same conditions above. Orders canceled by the customer before shipping are refunded in full without penalty. Cancelations after shipping will receive refund minus cost of shipping.


Warranties & responsibility for services and products


Business Company VR offers 1 year warranty for physical goods purchased on the store, active from the date of purchase. Warranty covers replacements of the product in part or in full in the event the product becomes defective under prescribed use conditions. Warranty does not cover replacements of the product under conditions of abuse or intentional damage of the product.  When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. The requirement to return defective product may be waived by the sole discretion of the business owner.
